Hatangijwe icyumweru cyahariwe ubuzima bw’umubyeyi n’umwana

Ku gicamunsi cyo kuri uyu wa mbere tariki 27 Ugushyingo 2023, mu Mudugudu wa Bunyogombe, Akagali ka Rwoga mu Murenge wa Ruhango habereye igikorwa cyo gutangiza ku mugaragaro icyumweru cyahariwe ubuzima bw’umubyeyi n’umwana ku nsanganyamatsiko igira iti “Hehe n'igwingira ry'umwana: twite ku buzima bw'umubyeyi utwite, imirire n'isuku, dukingize inkingo zose”.

Igikorwa cyo gutangiza iki cyumweru cyayobowe n’Umuyobozi w’Akarere Wungirije Ushinzwe imibereho myiza y'abaturage, Madamu Mukangenzi Alphonsine. Hari kandi Umuyobozi Mukuru w’Ibitaro bya Ruhango, Dr Tuyishime Emile, intumwa y’Ikigo cy’Igihugu cy’Ubuzima (RBC), abayobozi mu nzego z’ibanze, abayobozi n’abakora mu rwego rw’ubuzima, abajyanama b’ubuzima n’ababyeyi batakanzwe n’imvura yaguye amasaha menshi.

Ubutumwa bwatanzwe n’abayobozi bwagarutse ku: gushimira abajyanama b’ubuzima ibikorwa bakora bigamije gufasha Abanyarwanda kugira ubuzima bwiza, gukangurira ababyeyi bose kuzitabira ibikorwa byose biteganyijwe muri iki cyumweru no kwitabira gahunda zisanzwe z’ikingira ndetse n’izindi zose zigamije gufasha Abanyarwanda kugira ubuzima bwiza.

Madamu Mukangenzi yagize ati “Abajyanama b’ubuzima turabashimira ibikorwa mukora byo kwita ku buzima bw’Abanyarwanda, kandi turabashishikariza kubikomeza”.

Yakomeje agira ati “Ababyeyi turabashishikariza gukingiza abana inkingo zose nk’uko zateganyijwe. Abana ni abanyu, kandi ni n’ab’Igihugu. Igihugu cyacu nta cyiza gishobora kutugomwa. Rero ntihakagire n’umwe ugomwa abana gahunda Leta yabateguriye”.

Uyu muyobozi kandi yasabye abafite imyumvire ipfuye yo kutemera inkingo kuyireka burundu, anashishikariza buri muntu wese gukangurira bene abo guca ukubiri n’iyo myumvire.

Muri rusange igikorwa cyo gutangiza iki cyumweru ku mugaragaro cyaranzwe na: ubutumwa bw’abayobozi, gupima imikurire y’abana (ibiro, uburebure, ikizigira), guha abana indyo yuzuye, guha abana ikinini cy’inzoga na Vitamine A.

Ibikorwa by’ingenzi bizitabwaho muri iki cyumweru cyahariwe ubuzima bw’umubyeyi n’umwana giteganyijwe kuzasozwa tariki ya 1 Ukuboza 2023 birimo: gukingira abana bakivuka kugeza ku mezi 59 bacikanwe n'izindi nkingo, gupima imikurire y’abana bafite amezi 6 kugeza kuri 59; gutanga ifu ya ongera ku bana bafite amezi 6 kugeza kuri 23; gutanga Vitamine A ku bana bafite amezi 6 kugeza kuri 59; gutanga ikinini cy'inzoka ku bantu bose kuva ku bafite amezi 12 kugeza ku myaka 15; kuboneza urubyaro ku bantu bakuru babyifuza; ibikorwa by’isuku n'isukura; gutanga inyigisho z’ubuzima n’ibindi bitandukanye.
