Divisions & Unities

Ruhango Provincial Hospital is organized into key operational units that ensure efficient service delivery.

Director General’s Office

The Unit is headed by the Director General of the Hospital who is in charge of coordinating all the activities within the hospital, lead the management committee and represent the hospital.

Medical and Allied Health Sciences Unit

Medical and Allied Health Sciences Unit is responsible for overseeing and developing an organization’s clinical departments through tasks such as hiring, evaluating, scheduling, and supervision. These professionals must come up with strategies to allow for continued growth and provide clinical training to their staff and interns

 

Nursing and Midwifery Unit

The Nursing and Midwifery Unit oversees and evaluating all nursing personnel (registered nurses, Midwives.) Guiding staffing procedures Setting objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department while create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. There, all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for patients.

Administration and Finance Unit

Administration and Finance Unit is leading Nyagatare District Hospital administrative duties, coordinating daily operational functions, streamlining management systems, monitoring budgets, supervising managers, improving business efficiency, requesting audits, and analyzing financial data.
