and operating theatre services. It is one of our clinical departments and a medical specialty that uses operative manual and instrumental techniques on a person to investigate or treat a pathological condition such as a disease or injury, to help improve bodily function, appearance, or to repair unwanted ruptured areas. Services within the department include, Hegiene, Bed Bath, Bed Making,Patient Admission, Health Education, Monitaring of vital signs, Ward Rounds, Investigates, drug administration, Patient Administration, Patient Discharge, Wounds' Care, Monitoring of Fracture Cases, Burns' management, suturing, operation, nursing management of pre and post operatory cases, Pains Management, sampling of lab exams, immobilization in case of fracture, and IPC measures
